We really appreciate your kindness and care to come to help us get our stove back working this morning and we both enjoyed talking with you, too.

I want to send you some of the photos I was taking and hope they bring back happy, good associations of your stop here.

I wished now that I'd taken at least one of you standing outside before you left next to your vehicle with that Billiel's sign on it but I didn't....that would've been the one to put in with your name and email that's listed under Billiel's Appliance Service in my phone references.

Interesting about your background. I'm forgetting what you said about your kids but I know you said you had two children but don't remember ages or names or whether it's a boy and girl, two boys or what. And, I know you said your wife works at the SPCA, I think...what's her name in case I ever bump into her or hear of her anyway? You MUST have pets--at least a dog, but I didn't hear about that either.

Anyway, I hope you have success at locating what it is our oven needs to help it operate properly again. We now at least know to keep it OFF, at least at present.

That was pretty scary the other day

Besides the photos I took today, I'm attaching two stories I've done in the past and I think we discussed at least the 'Farm to Table" one and mentioned having seen Lance Armstrong on a number of occasions but here's one instance, my editor at The News-Gazette had me write up what I'd told him since at that point I think Lance was trying to make his "come-back" in the biking world...

I will also attach some info about my book "Global Ink" which I could show you next time you are here or you can see on display in a number of places in downtown Lexington like Pure Eats, Sweet Treats and it's for sale at The Bookery....some of my photo subjects were local but most were not having met them during our travels here and there or else they were people from elsewhere "passing through" Lexington.
